Acting for Screen Course | Fridays 7pm

Service Description

We're back with our acting for screen class, and this time it's 8 weeks long! Whether you’ve never acted in front of a camera before, or you want to brush up on your skills, this is the class for you! In these classes we'll be covering a varied amount of essential skills for screen acting, with the final session being a filmed self tape that we will aim to send off to industry professionals who will keep you on file for anything they have coming up. The classes will run Friday March 21st - April 11th, off for Easter break, and will continue April 25th - May 16th. In these 8 weeks we'll be running sessions on some of the following: - Screen Technique - Script work - Listening - Stillness - Subtext - Truthfulness And hopefully having everyone come away feeling more comfortable with having a camera in their face. It's £200 for all 8 classes, and you'll get any takes filmed from the workshop sent back your way for no extra fee. All abilities welcome, and the sessions will be held in Cardiff. Note: These workshops adhere to the CDG Guidelines and are not auditions. These workshops are for actors 18+.
